The salesperson at the Pearl City store was very helpful without being pushy. She explained our options. We got a great mattress and box spring at a very good price. The delivery guys were on time and were curteous.

Salesman Jerry Dela Cruz was very pleasant - very helpful-very accommodating. I was calling from Chicago and always dread making long distance purchases. He made the experience extremely easy.
