We are very satisfied with our IComfort mattress. We would like to thank Alex Hidalgo at the Kapiolani store for all of his help. Alex made it very easy for us. Those in the sales business should take notes from Alex on how to treat customers the right way.

Ken in the Pearl City store was very helpful. We bought a mattress and later that day needed to change our payment method and Ken helped us facilitate the change. This was a tremendous help for us, and very much appreciated!
