I bought two beds from Alex Hidago over the last 3 years -- for my son and mom. He was amazing with his knowledge and help to find the perfect bed. Then it was my turn. I made the mistake of assuming all the sales team was as knowledgable and forthright as Alex. Wrong! Big mistake! I won't get into it, but the first guy gets one star and Alex gets 5. Go to Alex at the Kapiolani store!!!
